I felt conflicted about my stay at the hotel. On one hand, the location was excellent, right in the center and close to the Waffle House. Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired, making me afraid to even order in the restaurant. Overall, it was a decent place to stay.

I couldn't help but feel a bit let down by my stay at this hotel. The rooms with a balcony overlooking the large indoor space were never cleaned, and I never found a freshly made bed or clean towels waiting for me there. Having a balcony should enhance the experience, not make it worse. However, the service definitely needs some work as the customer service was lacking. On the bright side, the location, although near a railroad track and in the two-notch area, was just in one area, making it convenient for traveling, but it made me hesitant to order in the restaurant. The included dining options were decent, with hand-pulled noodles being a highlight. The facilities could use some improvement, especially when considering the price I paid.
